Justine Humphry

Justine is the chair of our Management Committee. She is a kind person, always helping others, a good actress, bubbly and a good sense of humour.  Her dream came true- she got married to Alan in 2006.

Warren Ealy

Warren is great at typing, a very nice friend, helpful, kind, a good worker.  He drives a car, an all round nice guy!

Anthony Giles

Anthony is very helpful, good at organising and remembering things.  A brilliant time-keeper, good at answering the phone and good on the computer.  Very chatty, loyal and long serving- a founder member!  He works with the Transport Forum and does much more!

Amanda Frost

Amanda is the Co-chair of the Bournemouth Learning Disability Partnership Board and the chair of the What We Do In The Daytime Forum. She is a star, an angel, the “Network Queen”.  She is very kind, thinks of others and is a good friend.  She likes the Royal Family.

Amanda Parsons

Lovely, wonderful boss and friend.  Very helpful and supportive.  Without her there would be no Bournemouth People First! She is a wonderfully creative project manager.  She owns a lovely dog too (Lottie- our mascott).

Jenny Phillips

Jenny works on our “Whats On Guide”.  She is a very bubbly, chatty person.  She goes to lots of shows and has her own flat.  She’s the “Queen Of Total Communication”, and great at her job too!

Alison Ridealgh

Alison sorts out the money for us- she is a dream come true, lovely to be with.  She is warm hearted, hard working and committed, giggly and fun.

Paul Thomas

Paul helps with training, equal opportunities and supports members of Bournemouth People First.  He is creative, kind, a good friend, we also love his great sense of humour.

Emily Withers

Emily works on our Total Communication and Person Centred Planning projects.  She is calm, creative, always willing to help and great with computers.

Ian Gavin

Ian works in the office, he has a lovely personality and is a good actor.  A good representative for Bournemouth People First and much more!

Caroline Tomes

Caroline works on our Total Communication project with Emily.  She’s very enthusiastic, hard working, eager to learn and a real pleasure to have on the team.

Debbie Barnfield

Debbie is a volunteer in the office as well as one of our hard working Trustees. Debbie is lovely, the “Queen Of Stationary”! She is loyal, a good friend, kind hearted and much more!

Gladys Ososrio

Gladys is the newest member of the team.  She works on the Self directed Support project 2 days a week.  Gladys is the “Queen Of Herbal Teas”, lovely, giggly and a very understanding, person.
