Just some of the nice things people have said:
“The Big Night Out must of been the biggest event in the southwest for people with learning disabilities, if not the whole country! It was such a pleasure to see how many people being able to enjoy themselves in a real night club setting. The very excellent work carried out through the ‘Keeping Safe’ project, the Bill Of Rights and the Focus Forums create opportunities and independent lives for people with learning disabilities”
“Bournemouth People First are an outstanding example of how service users can take control of their lives, shape policies and be empowered to make a difference to everyone's lives. Their partnership work has brought a richness to the whole of the statutory and third sector in Bournemouth.”
“What was striking I thought was how happy and positive the atmosphere was and I can understand why all the speakers who have had much longer dealings with Bournemouth People First were so full of praise for you all”
