“Travel Training Day”
On 4th July we had a joint Travel Training Day with Poole Forum and Dorset People First. It was at the Lighthouse in Poole.
Over 100 people came, we had speakers from Bournemouth People First and Poole Forum and you got to tell us about what you think too!
"Transport" Day
We had a "Transport" conference day in June 2006 looking at buses. Our guest speakers included people from Bournemouth Council's Concessionary Travel and Yellow buses.
We looked at the new "Out and About " guide, the orange wallets and the "Have Your Say" form.
"Out and About" Guide
We helped make the "Out and About" guide for Bournemouth and Poole, based on transport for London Guide in Greenwich.
The guide gives useful tips on how to keep safe on transport when you go out and about.
