"Big Night Out"

 

We had our 2nd "Big Night Out" at Opera House in Boscombe in June 2006.

 

Over 300 people came and we were joined by music and theatre group "Moveable Feast".

"Community Safety" Day

 

We had a conference day on "Community Safety" in April 2006.

 

We were pleased to hear from speakers from Dorset Police, Victim Support , Dorset Crown Prosecution and saw a fire safety display.

 

Our members had a chance to ask questions and speak up.

"Mix-it-up"

 

People from Bournemouth and Poole trained to be DJ’s with our professional DJ Simon Green.

"Big Night Out"

 

In July we had a Big Night Out at Centre Stage in Bournemouth, about 200 people came and our newly trained DJ’s performed for us.

"Mix-it-up"

 

More people from across Poole and Bournemouth have been trained as DJ’s as part of our “Mix-it-up” project. It has been really popular and we would like to do it again if we can get some more funding.

"Big Night Out"

 

On 20th November 2007 we had our biggest “Big Night Out” so far with about 700 people. It was at the Pavillion in Bournemouth and we raised over £300 in donations to help pay for the next “Big Night Out”!!
